Feb/13/2010 - I have bought two brand new bikes there. My wifes kawasaki 500 vulcan was ready for the first 500 mile check up,Took it in and they said battery needed to be replaced as the post was broke off and wanted to charge me high $ to replace and I said it should be covered under warrenty and they said no. Then it must have been bad from the beginning,Machanic said it was bad because the bike has been left out in rain,taled with Steve ( manager) was replaced with no charge.Different service mgr.now

Apr/01/2005 - Ordered a set of saddlebag supports and had them within a week's time. Price was better than any other place I could find. This place rates an A+.

Jun/17/2003 - Good folks - Got my gel seat from them on the web, in an acceptable time period... Stopped by the shop while in town for pass. peg lowers, and although they were out of stock at the time, the guy who helped us spent a good deal of time trying to come up with options. Very cool people.

Jan/22/2003 - Got my passenger footpeg extensions from Waynesville Cycle Center & am very happy. I'm fussy so wanted them to fit tighter so made my own shims so that they wouldn't move like they do with the ones they send in the kit. They came quicker than I thought they would so am very pleased with that. My wife is very happy with them & me; says she's much more comfortable now on the longer rides. I like the looks of them as well, very nice looking, & get a lot of comments on them. Added floorboards also.!

Oct/26/2002 - Good customer service, and easy install of Passenger Peg Lowers.
But... After 1 1/2 years and several thousand miles they are showing definate signs of wear.

Sep/29/2002 - Ordered Passenger peg lowers for my 1500 on wednesday arrived on friday..installed with no trouble (15 minute job) Took the wife out Saturday. She loved Em (and Me Too)
