Apr/24/2012 - This company is the worst I have ever delt with. I have never ran across such a lack of responce to an E-mail in my life,I will say this if I ever receive my Highway Hawk forward controls I'll never deal with this company again. POOR POOR POOR their customer relation is horrable.

Feb/09/2009 - Ordered Techglide forwards. Came with a shifter arm that had chrome peeling off. After an email glitch some of the IA membership took up the issue and I got a new part delivered. When I was finally able to correspond with Bikercom.com they were very accomadating in solving the issue. So thumbs up to Bikercom.com

Jun/07/2005 - very slow shipping. parts arrived damaged, after many tries to resolve the issue with them (aprox 3 weeks of e-mails back and forth) no resolve was reached. i had the parts re-chromed and re-machined. made for a very expensive set of forwards.

Jan/16/2004 - I Ordered a Windshield for my 2003 VS1500LC. The Price was the best that I found on the internet. It came with all the hardware as opposed to "buy the shield here, now look at the bottom of the page and find the matching hardware for you bike". It was at my house in 3 days, The box was opened up slightly but everything was in it. The shield Fit like a glove. I'm Very happy with it. I will use bikercom again.

Jan/07/2004 - I ordered the Mapam/Restyling forward controls for my VS1400 for $279, cheapest price I could find anywhere. Shipping was FREE and it came FAST! I got exactly what I expected. Use the install directions posted on this site instead of what comes with the product. The diagram is nice tho.

Dec/01/2003 - Very slow delivery and poor communication.

Aug/21/2003 - My parts got to me very quickly.
They had the lowest price by far on the parts I got from them.
Ex. tripple tree $350 ish $30 ish to ship
The next lowest price for the same item I found was $500 plus shipping.
One part I ordered got canceled and I was never told why.

Jun/24/2002 - The "Big Avio" tank for the 1400 they advertised as "ready to mount, accepts all stock hardware" was anything but! The overall quality was poor. If I didn't have access to a machine shop, and a qualified machinist, I never would have gotten it mounted on the bike. I ended up tossing it (it failed after about 3 months) and replacing it with a tank from Thunderbike.
