i put one on my 2009, it wasnt a mustang bib but it should be the same. the installation took me about 5 minutes, its that easy, just pull the seat and then the surround for the gauges, install the bib(mine you had to remove the bottom tank bolt to hold the bib down), than reassemble, its that easy. That's what I asked for , for Christmas...first time in 30 years i asked for anything. The mistake I made was I also mentioned needing Dewalt impact drill bits. Well at least i got the drill bits! I'll remember next christmas to give no optional choices LOL
Just relax .... we're gonna be here awhile.

Yup sounds pretty much like what I went through when I put the Mustang tank bib on the C50. It was actually a pretty easy install

I put the same one on my 2007 c50t. you have to take off your seat, the chrome piece that holds the speedometer, and also the tank bolt by the seat. Put the bib on the front first and be sure to to also put the little metal piece on the tank through the hole in the bib. Next you will secure it down with the bolt for the tank and reassemble everything.
