Pretty much the same motor and tranny. Different flywheel in the C is set up for more torque and not as much HP.
Wheels are also different. C has 16" and the M has 18".
C has the rear brakes integrated with the front.

Yep and the C has smaller throttle bodies than the M and weighs some 100+lbs more (for wind stability I assume....LOL)
